I’m an absolute foodlover and love discovering new dishes from different cultures. Today I’m cooking for you, yay! Since a few months I really enjoy cooking and I’m excited to start this culinary adventure.
Let me introduce you to my favorite, a delicious wok dish. I always cook with olive oil, out of habit but most of all because it’s healthy. (Also… I’m not into read meat, so the dishes you’ll find here will only include chicken, fish,…)
For this dish you need:
- 2 chicken filets (don’t forget the chicken spices)
- 3 peppers
- 2 onions
- two little bags of rice
- 2 carrots
- chinese wok ingredients
- sweet-sour sauce
Everything has been baked separately before putting it together in one pan. At the end I added the sweet-sour sauce and let it cook on a low heat for 30 minutes. A little glass of wine and voila… Bon appétit!
